Upper Limits to CosmicγRays in the Range 30 to 500 MeV

Abstract
Upper limits ∼104 photon cm2 sec1 for 30<Eγ<500 MeV have been set for the γ-ray flux for ten possible γ-ray sources including the Crab nebula, Cygnus A, and several quasars. The γ-ray flux in a vertical cone of 30° half-angle at 3.5 mb is (5.2±0.5) × 103 photon cm2 sec1 sr1.
