Abstract
Biosynthesis of enamel protein was investigated by incubating bovine tooth germs with 3H-proline containing medium. The radioactivity was incorporated into two protein fractions: one had a molecular weight of about 25,000, being secreted from the ame.'oblast to the enamel matrix, another having a higher molecular weight was supposed to be a cell associated protein. Keywords
