CPviolation in neutral-B-meson decays in the standard and superweak models

Abstract
I discuss the ambiguities in distinguishing the standard model from superweak models using CP-violating neutral-B-meson decay asymmetries. There is a significant region of parameter space where it will be difficult to make the distinction even with 100 of luminosity at the Y(4S).
