Abstract
The addition to a 15-channel blood-grouping machine of 2 single-channel antibody screening systems, based on the principles described by Marsh and Lalezari, produced a modified machine capable of detecting most clinically significant irregular [human] blood group antibodies. The machine has a sensitivity equal to normal manual screening tests. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
