Abstract

Es wird über ein Cushing-Syndrom mit rapidem Verlauf und atypischer klinischer Symptomatik bei einem 28 Jahre alten Mann berichtet. Als Ursache wurde autoptisch ein primäres Leberkarzinom festgestellt. Im Tumorgewebe konnte biologisch ACTH-Aktivität nachgewiesen werden. In a 28-year-old man with primary carcinoma of the liver (proven at necropsy) Cushing's syndrome developed with a rapidly progressive and atypical course. ACTH activity was demonstrated in the tumour tissue by biological tests. Síndrome de Cushing paraneoplásico en el carcinoma primario de hígado Se informa sobre un síndrome de Cushing con evolución rápida y sintomatología clínica atípica en un hombre de 28 años de edad. Como causa se encontró en la autopsia un carcinoma primario de hígado. En el tejido tumoral se pudo demostrar una actividad biológica del ACTH.
