Abstract
A mixed two-component model is used to fit the available charged-particle multiplicity distribution from , , and collisions and and annihilations. Generally good agreement is obtained between theory and experiment with respect to the dispersion, and second, third, and fourth normalized moments. Koba-Nielsen-Olesen scaling is seen to hold approximately in this model.
