Abstract
Fluorescein angiography is commonly used in evaluation of retinopathy. Adverse reactions are uncommon but severe cardiovascular difficulties seem to occur selectively in older men with hypertension and ischemic heart disease. The 54-year-old patient described had hypertensive crisis and resulting myocardial infarction after fluorescein angiography. Keywords
