Factors of the 210-keV and 240-keV States of

Abstract
The factors of the 210- and 240-keV states of , evaluated from the measured angular rotation in the internal magnetic field after Coulomb excitation, were found to be 0.24±0.06 and 0.104±0.022, respectively, in disagreement with current theoretical predictions.
