Abstract
Summary Albumin-I131 was injected intravenously into mice. Eight hours later the skin was removed and assayed for bound I131. In animals treated with 5 μg of estradiol dipropionate daily for 5 days, a significant increase in bound I131 was observed. This effect was not found in testosterone- or cortisone-treated mice. Keywords
