Abstract
In the conventional calculus of finite differences the n sets of k independent variables x(1)¿, x(2)¿¿x(k)¿ are assumed uniformly spaced along each of the k axes of a rectangular frame. Occasionally nonuniform spacings are also assumed, but only along one dimension. Keywords
