Abstract
Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) is an excellent technique for the investigation of the synthesis process of CoAPO-5. The DRS intensities increase concomitantly with the crystallinity during synthesis. DRS is also useful in the characterization of the nucleation stage. The transition from an aluminophosphate-hydrate to a non-hydrated structure is observed. Keywords
