Abstract
This paper describes the results obtained in treating 128 acute anterior dislocations of the shoulder by a method of reduction which obtains the maximum degree of muscular relaxation without general anaesthesia. Excellent results were obtained. Subcoracoid dislocations were more difficult to reduce than subglenoid. Cet article présente les résultats obtenus dans le traitement de 128 luxations antérieures récentes de l'épaule par une méthode de réduction qui permet d'obtenir un relâchement musculaire maximal sans anesthésie générale. Les résultats obtenus sont excellents. Les luxations sous-coracoïdiennes sont plus difficiles à réduire que les sous-glénoïdiennes.Keywords
