Abstract
A method was described by which alacinomycin A, an antineoplastic drug, and its metabolites could be extracted from human plasma (10 ml), separated on TLC and quantitatively measured by fluorescence chromatoscanner. The metabolism of the drug was then followed for up to 26 h in human subjects. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
