Abstract

This recessive wing character, similar in appearance to Dicheate, is easily separated from the normal wing type and is but slightly lower in viability. It is hypostatic to vestigial, curved, and clip, and gives modified dihybrid F2 ratios when crossed with them. The gene for taxi is located approximately at 91.
