Abstract
The static model with one-pion approximation is applied to inelastic processes. The to ratio of the octet baryon -octet axial-vector meson coupling and the to ratio of the -octet vector meson coupling are found to be equal to that of the -octet pseudoscalar meson coupling which is about 2. The to ratio of the -octet scalar meson coupling is found to be about -0.6. The mass splittings of decuplet and 35-plet baryons are calculated assuming the tadpole model.
