“Pseudomelanoma” in a Keloid

Abstract
A pigmented lesion resembling a superficial spreading malignant melanoma appeared in keloidal scarring resulting from partial excision of three closely set intradermal and compound nevi. Complete excision of nevi when feasible is recommended as the wisest course to obviate future uncertainty.Keywords
