Abstract
In V. sativa species, hemagglutinins are only located in the seeds. They appear just as the development of the seed initiate and then, they regularly accumulate is the embryo axis and in cotyledons during the ripening stage. During germination hemagglutinins of the embryo axis disappear rapidly while the hemagglutinin content of cotyledons decrease gradually until they are shed. Hemagglutinin behavior does not differ markedly from that of the soluble protein bulk of the seed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
