Abstract
Measurements on the influence of temperature and composition of the semimagnetic semiconductor Cd1-xMnxTe on the reflectivity within the spectral range of 1.5 eV8VB to Gamma 6CB as a function of both temperature and composition. The temperature coefficients of the transitions Gamma 8VB to Gamma 6CB, Lambda 6VB to Lambda 6CB and Lambda 4,5VB to Lambda 6CB are determined within the concentration range 0<or=x<or=0.7. Band parameters of the hypothetical MnTe (zincblende) are extrapolated. Keywords
