Abstract
Whole-body autoradiography of 14C-labeled dimethyl sulfoxide and 35S-labeled 2-amino-4-phenylsulfonylbenzenesulfonamide revealed a selective accumulation of labeled substance in the large intestinal mucosa of mice. The mechanism of accumulation is discussed with regard to previous results on sulfone-containing compounds with tissue-specific distribution patterns. Keywords
