Abstract
The method of Kimball (Biometrics 9:201-211, 1953) for fitting the multi-hit survival curve S = 1 -(l-e-kx)n is modified by inserting appropriate weights, resulting in a better fit over large ranges of S. The choice of the weights depends on the nature of the variation of the data. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
