Abstract
This study indicated that a majority of coagulase positive M. pvogenes do not elaborate urease whereas coagulase negative organisms do. Some coagulase negative organisms after growing in arginine yeast medium appeared to produce coagulase. The data suggest that coagulase may be related to an arginase. Keywords
