Abstract
Summary This paper presents the case report and psychodynamics of an accident-prone infantile personality in dental treatment for numerous bizarre subluxations of the jaw, which recurred even after surgical removal of the condyles, who finally blinds himself. A study such as this one points to the urgent need for psychiatric orientation in dentistry. Keywords
