Abstract
Summary.: It is shown that Rappaport & Rappaport's method for the microestimation of serum calcium yields too low results. A modification of the method is indicated consisting chiefly in the precipitation of calcium oxalate taking place at 45–50°C. The modified method is described in detail. 0.2 cc. of serum is used for a single determination. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
