Abstract
Human platelets and their stored, frozen and lyophilized derivatives do not excessively promote coagulation, as indicated by the calcium clotting time. High concentrations of platelet material inhibit coagulation, while dilution to physiologic levels returns the recalcification time to normal values.Keywords
