Abstract
It was demonstrated that it is possible to use the electronic particle counter for the enumeration of nucleated cells in the human bone marrow. The method is more rapid, requiring only 1 dilution and 2 reagents, and yields more reproducible results than those of conventional methods with a hemacytometer. Keywords
