Abstract
Radiation breakdown in the neck can be a major problem, for which a reconstructive technique is presented. The entire irradiated area is excised, the excised tissue being replaced by two deltopectoral flaps, sufficient in extent to allow reconstruction of a tracheostome or a missing portion of œsophagus or pharynx. Keywords
