Abstract
Incorporation of P per cell of C. ellipsoidea occurred most strongly during maturation of the cells in light. By using P32 the P incorporation was proved to be predominantly in the acid-soluble P fraction, most likely ATP-P, with the immature and half-mature cells, while incorporation into protein-P increased with cell maturation in light. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
