Abstract
The urologic use of minimally invasive surgical techniques has expanded at a rapid rate, and ablative laparoscopic endosurgery shortens recovery time and reduces morbidity. This is the first clinical case report of a laparoscopic ileal loop conduit. This reconstructive endosurgical procedure allowed the patient to return to his usual state of activity by the tenth postoperative day. No postoperative complications were identified, with follow-up being 3 months. Keywords
