Abstract
Transient photoconductivity experiments in poly(N-vinylcarbazole) have yielded data on the drift mobility of holes and its temperature dependence. Hole mobility is thermally activated with Ea = 0.12 eV, and the room-temperature mobility is ∼ 10−3 cm2 V−1·sec−1. An intermolecular hopping mechanism appears to be the most appropriate model for carrier transport. Keywords
