Abstract
A screening technique is described for determining the resistance of seedling cereal plants to Cercosporella herpotrichoides by observing the rate of penetration of successive leaf-sheaths by the pathogen pathogen growing from an artificially colonized 'cylinder' of straw placed over the emerging coleoptile. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
