Abstract
On examination of 748 cases of bovine abortion, 101 (14%) were associated with mycotic infection. The case rate was significantly higher during the winter months (21%) than during the rest of the year (10%). The fungi isolated were Aspergillus fumigatus (83%), and Mucor and Absidia spp. Most mycotic abortions (45%) occurred in the 8th mo. of pregnancy. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
