Abstract
The N-terminal amino acid sequences of dog fish (Squalus acanthias) pepsinogen (8 residues), seal (Phoca hispida) pepsinogen (26 residues) and bovine pepsinogen B (25 residues) were determined. The primary structures of all 3 pepsinogens show considerable homology with those of zymogens of gastric proteases sequenced previously. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
