Abstract
Pancreatin is a very useful concentrating agent. Culture on Lowenstein-Jensen medium gives better growth than by Petroff''s method. Microculture in 50% lysed horse blood gives positive results in a high proportion of cases, thus enabling an early diagnosis and report on sensitivity to antibiotics. Keywords
