Abstract
We report on a patient with a teratoid carcinosarcoma of the lateral nasal wall with extension into the paranasal sinuses. This exceedingly rare tumor is characterized by a combination of malignant epithelial and atypical mesenchymal cells showing aggressive features with invasion of soft tissue and bone. The patient in this report was treated with a neurosurgical and midface approach combined with postoperative radiation. Keywords
