Abstract
Es wurden Untersuchungen über die Verteilung der Aminosäuren, sowohl der freien als auch der im Protein gebundenen, in den einzelnen Organen der Mohnpflanze während der Vegetationsperiode unter Verwendung der Mohnsorte T 894 durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse wurden besonders im Hinblick auf den Zusammenhang der Alkaloidsynthese mit dem Aminosäurenstoffwechsel diskutiert. Investigations on the distribution of the free and proteinbound aminoacids in different organs of the poppy plant (strain T 894) were performed during one season of growth. The results are discussed in connection with a possible relation between alkaloid synthesis and amino nitrogen metabolism.
