Abstract
A new basis for the analysis of the neutron elastic-diffuse-scattering data in ferromagnetic dilute alloys is formulated and Low and Holden's data on PdFe are analyzed from this viewpoint. We especially discuss the impurity-concentration dependence of the range of the conduction-electron spin polarization about the magnetic impurity. Keywords
