Abstract
The anomalous ultrasonic reflection at ferroelastic domain walls of NDPP crystals has been studied by the use of reflection acoustic microscopes. In order to clarify the dispersion of the reflectivity, the elastic interference fringe pattern around walls has been carefully investigated by changing the operating frequency in the range from 0.2GHz to 1.9GHz. It is found that the phase delay of the reflection clearly changes above 1.5GHz.
