Abstract
Motility may be detected within 90 to 120 min. by inoculating microtubes (75 x 10 mm.) of preheated semi-solid media (1-2 ml.) of SIM or Trypticase Agar Base), or within 15 to 30 min., or less, in microtubes of nutrient broth (1 ml.). Heavy inoculations are made from nutrient agar slants; tubes are incubated in a 37[degree]C water bath.Keywords
