Abstract
We have described two cases of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma, characterized by sedimentation level seen on unenhanced cerebral CT, in patients receiving anticoagulation therapy. Anticoagulation or coagulopathy may be important in producing sedimentation levels. The "sedimentation level" is a more accurate term than the commonly used "blood-fluid level" or "hematocrit effect."Keywords
