Abstract
The small intestinal tissues of mice and rats have been fractionated in the ultra-centrifuge at 90,000 g.to yield a microsomal fraction which is inhibitory to Gardner lymphosarcoma and Sarcoma 180. Inhibition has been demonstrated by incubating tumor cell suspensions with the centrifugal fractions previous to subcut. inoculation in CBA mice. Partial or complete inhibition of tumor development has been observed. Centrifugal fractions of spleen, liver and muscle from the mouse have yielded no inhibitory effects against the tumors employed. Keywords
