On the existence of finite-dimensional compensators for retarded and neutral systems

Abstract
In this paper we study a large class of neutral systems containing the class of retarded systems. A necessary and sufficient condition is given for the existence of a finite-dimensional compensator achieving exponential stability.Keywords
