Abstract
We report a patient with a pustular cruption in an acral distribution that developed abruptly 4 days after a streptococcal pharyngitis. The histology showed an intraepidermal vesicle filled with neutrophils with an underlying lymphocytic vasculitis. Direct immunofluorescence demonstrated heavy deposition of C3 within the vessel walls. In addition, circulating immune complexes were found. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
