Abstract
Two cases of drainage-tube penetration of the gastric lumen, presenting as high-output enterocutaneous fistulas after total gastrectomy and liver hydatid disease surgery are reported. This rare complication and the value of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in the early postoperative period are emphasized.Keywords
