Abstract
In order that the pendant drop method for the determination of interfacial tensions can be applied to systems with small density differences, extensions have been made to tables published by Fordham. These extensions are also useful when the interfacial tension is large or where the drop size is small, that is as the drop tends to become spherical. As a result, the combined tables are some two and a half times as extensive as before. The choice of measurements as suggested by Andreas and others has been shown to be satisfactory. Keywords
