Abstract
The oxide system Tm1-x Ba x CuO y was found to exhibit the superconducting transition temperature above 90 K for the nominal compositions with x=0.6-0.8. The single phase composition was obtained for the specimens around x=0.7. The crystal structure was to be an oxygen deficient perovskite structure reported for a Y-Ba-Cu-O system. Keywords
