Abstract
A simple technique is described for producing en face preparations of endothelial cells (EC) from large blood vessels fixed in situ that are suitable for studying the distribution of specific antigens in EC by immunofluorescence. This method has permitted us to examine the distribution of various components of the cytoskeleton, including microtubules (MT), centrioles, and microfilaments (MF) in EC in vivo. Keywords
