Abstract
Characteristics of the calcein release from temperature-sensitive liposomes with or without stirring were studied. Calcein release from DPPC(dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine) REV(reverse phase evaporation vesicle) with stirring occurred at a temperature lower by 8 degrees than that without stirring. DPPC-DSPC(distearoylphosphatidylcholine)-mixed REV showed the maximum release(%) for calcein, near 40 degrees C with stirring and 45 degrees C without stirring. Keywords
