Abstract
We report a simple and quick synthesis of tetrapyrrolic macrocycle in dry media conditions, under microwave irradiation. Heating in microwave oven pyrrole and benzaldehyde adsorbed on a solid acidic support affords tetraphenylporphyrin within ten minutes with very simplified treatment and purification. Keywords
