Abstract
A modification of the NIH [National Institutes of Health] cytotoxicity test for recognizing B [bone marrow-derived] cell (D-associated) antigens and antibodies, when sera also contain anti-HL-A (ABC) activity is described. The method is based on the observation that anti-.beta.2-microglobulin reagents are able to block lympholysis only when due to HL-A (ABC) antigens. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
