Abstract
The least-structure solutions for the photoneutron production cross sections of natural nickel and silver were obtained from the neutron thresholds up to 25 MeV. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical dipole-strength distributions given by the dynamic collective theory and the theory of collective correlations. Keywords
